Job Description

Job Title: Leadership Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Leadership Support Specialist to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide exceptional business support services to our operational managers and staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality integrated care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to operational managers and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
  • Support and assist qualified and non-qualified social workers and care co-ordinators to facilitate vulnerable adults to live independently and maximize their full potential.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders in health, social care, and the third sector to support the effective management and delivery of integrated care services.
  • Deliver an effective business and administrative support service, ensuring that all service users, team members, and partners receive the highest standards of customer care at all times.

Requirements:

  • 4 GCSE 'C' or above grades, or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • ICT Qualification such as EDCL, ICT GCSE, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context, ideally within a public sector organization.
  • Substantial experience of working in a busy administrative office environment and working to deadlines.
  • Experience of working as part of a team and working pro-actively using own initiative.
  • Experience of working as part of a team and dealing directly with a wide range of partners, service users, and staff at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience of dealing with a high level of enquiries of a sensitive and confidential nature and using own initiative to ensure they are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
  • Understanding of the principles that underpin excellent customer service and service user care. Knowledge of the Council's Customer Care Standards.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite, Adobe Pro).
