Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at Contract Personnel Limited. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for negotiating sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
About the Role: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Negotiator within an Estate Agency environment. You will be required to have a full UK driving licence, strong IT skills, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also be a team player with a positive 'can do' attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering Telephones: You will be responsible for answering the telephones in a professional and polite manner, qualifying applicants to company standards, and arranging viewings.
- Negotiating Offers: You will negotiate offers with clients, undertaking accompanied viewings with buyers, and booking FS appointments.
- Booking Valuations: You will book valuations for properties, following up on viewings the next day and relaying feedback to the sellers.
- Providing Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
