About the Role: As an International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leveraging your knowledge and experience in the defence and security sector to convert sales opportunities with systems integrators and government End Users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert current sales pipeline into firm orders.
  • Accurately record all activity using our CRM system.
  • Identify and prioritise prospects with highest potential for conversion.
  • Travel extensively within target region, reflecting prior strengths and experience.
  • Regularly visit clients and promote products at recognised sector trade shows.
  • Develop relationships with potential new customers.
  • Help to develop comprehensive programme capture plans.
  • Develop evolving short and long-term business development plans.
  • Respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Build pipeline value year on year.

Requirements:

  • Defence or Security sector sales experience.
  • Experience in either Hardware or software Sales.
  • Ability to obtain UK security clearance.
  • Able to communicate new concepts and technology solutions effectively.
  • Full UK Driving licence and ability to travel internationally.
