About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Service Technician to join our team at BMW Group Retail Careers. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional vehicle maintenance and repair services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and diagnose electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems on a range of BMW models
  • Perform technical maintenance, repair, or replace parts as required
  • Verify vehicle functions and subsystems, and perform retrofitting work
  • Support and guide other technicians and apprentices

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Technician in an automotive dealership or similar environment
  • Technical training in an automotive dealership or similar environment
  • Extensive experience working with prestige vehicles
  • Driving licence essential
  • Ability to work as part of a team and share knowledge with others
