Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in a primary school in Swinton.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a KS1 Year 2 pupil with ASC. The ideal candidate will have a calm and confident approach when managing disruptive behaviour and be able to support emotional and social development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support for a KS1 Year 2 pupil with ASC
  • Support emotional and social development, including regular communication with the class teacher and parents
  • Manage disruptive behaviour in a calm and confident manner
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with ASC
  • Ability to provide one-to-one support and manage behaviour
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
  • Competitive daily rate of £83.85+ through PAYE
  • Full-time role Monday-Friday, paid on a timesheet basis
  • Permanent role with the option to make it permanent at a later date
