CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

HYBRID WORKING MODEL

COMPENSATION PACKAGE: UP TO £55,000 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION + VEHICLE ALLOWANCE

POSITION SUMMARY:

Get Recruited is seeking a dedicated professional for a well-established organization that specializes in providing customized solutions within the engineering, maintenance, and software sectors. In the role of Client Relationship Manager, you will oversee key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

This position is ideal for individuals with experience in Account Management, Sales Management, Business Development, or related fields, particularly those with a background in Engineering, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or Estimating.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for key client accounts.
  • Foster and enhance client relationships, ensuring service quality is consistently upheld.
  • Occasionally conduct client site visits.
  • Engage in technical discussions with clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and evaluating service performance.
  • Maintain and update client databases effectively.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless operations and ensure client satisfaction.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Experience in hands-on estimating, engineering, construction, or related fields is essential.
  • Proven Account Management capabilities.
  • Exceptional skills in client relationship management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and workload efficiently.
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts in an easily understandable manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient with technology and software tools.
