Site Security Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at ABM UK. As the Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of security contracts to the highest standards at our client site.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of security staff to ensure the safety and security of the site.
- Ensure that all public areas, service yards, common areas, and back-of-house areas are fully secured and safe.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the estate.
- Recruit, train, and develop security team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement and update assignment instructions and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with key personnel and stakeholders to maintain a positive working relationship.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to drive business growth and development.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a security environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a focus on customer care to deliver exceptional service.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and fire prevention procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a security environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and inspire team members.
