We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the fit-out phase of a new build project in Wirral. The project involves a 5-storey steel frame building with 50 apartments and ground-floor retail space.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the fit-out phase of the project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  2. Supervise an assistant site manager and work closely with subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.
  3. Report to a visiting Contracts Manager, providing regular updates on project progress.
  4. Ensure compliance with project schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in managing fit-out projects, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  2. Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors and ensure smooth site operations.
  3. SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications, with a commitment to maintaining industry standards.
  4. Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and decision-making authority.
