Job Title: Academy Site Manager

We are working with our client, a leading Building Services company, to find a skilled Site Manager to join their team at their Head Office in Bromborough. The successful candidate will work across multiple projects UK wide.

Job Summary:

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of contractors and site staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing measures to reduce expenses.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure all site documentation, including RAMS, dilapidation surveys, and health and safety reports, are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Relevant trade background or minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of construction management and delivery.
  • Knowledge of construction technical details and industry standards.
  • Black CSCS Card or equivalent.
  • SMSTS or equivalent qualification.
  • First Aid at Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Temporary Works Coordinator and Scaffold Inspection qualifications beneficial.
  • Full Driving Licence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
