At JH Mechanical & Electrical Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Finance/HR Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a varied role that combines finance and human resources responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day finance and HR tasks, including reconciliation of bank, credit card, and supplier account statements, sales invoicing, and credit control.
- Process company timesheets, payroll, and expense claims, and administer recruitment and onboarding tasks.
- Undertake HR administration tasks, including maintaining personnel records, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the Head of Finance to prepare financial and HR reports, and implement credit control procedures to collect overdue debts.
- AAT, ACA, ICAS, or equivalent qualification, or working towards.
- Proficient in Office 365, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience of Xero or other accounting software, and CRM systems such as SimPRO.
- DBS checks and ability to drive/have own car.
