We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor to join our team at Kings Camps. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and safe swimming lessons to children of various ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to groups of mixed ability children, aged 5-17
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of each group
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during lessons
- Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to achieve program goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- 12 months experience as a swimming instructor
- Up-to-date SEQ Level 2 or STA Level 2 certification
- Current Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ or NRASTC)
- Experience working with children aged 5-17
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging and safe swimming lessons
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
