About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swim Teacher to join our team at Nuffield Health's St Albans Fitness and Wellbeing Gym. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers, promoting memberships and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities
- Engage and inspire members to achieve their swimming goals
- Make the most of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
- Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
- Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach
- Promote memberships by explaining the advantages of our facilities
