Job Title: Structural Analysis Expert

Job Summary:

Expleo Engineering UK Limited is seeking an experienced Structural Analysis Expert to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for undertaking Linear and Non-Linear finite element analysis, hand analysis, and providing technical expertise to support the delivery of complex engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interfacing with cross-functional teams to understand technical issues, specifications, and requirements
  • Undertaking Finite Element Analysis Simulations using Abaqus CAE of marine structural seats, brackets, and bolts
  • Collaborating with customers to determine solutions for failed simulations
  • Writing detailed analysis reports
  • Producing high-quality results while meeting project budgets and time constraints
  • Applying correct processes, specifications, procedures, and techniques, with support from specialist teams

Requirements:

  • BEng Degree in an Engineering discipline
  • Deep knowledge of structures, design, and project delivery
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire engineering teams, manage multiple projects, and drive results
  • 8 years of experience in undertaking Linear and Non-Linear finite element analysis and hand analysis
