About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at Currie & Brown Group Limited. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on building surveying and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a construction-related field, such as building surveying, quantity surveying, or project management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure project management, building surveying, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Asana.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
