About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at Currie & Brown Group Limited. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on building surveying and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a construction-related field, such as building surveying, quantity surveying, or project management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure project management, building surveying, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Asana.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
