Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Location: Oxford

Salary: £32,000- £45,000 depending on experience

Job Type: Permanent

This award-winning architecture firm is a leader in innovative and sustainable design, with a portfolio that showcases their commitment to environmental responsibility and cutting-edge design principles. Their projects stand out for their aesthetic appeal and functional efficiency, demonstrating their passion for incorporating sustainability into their designs.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have post-qualification experience working on residential projects, ideally with a sustainable focus, as well as being well-versed in Revit and AutoCAD with strong technical drawing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working towards/achieved MCIAT
  • Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or similar qualification
  • Several years of post-qualification experience within a UK Architectural Practice
  • Well-versed in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Keen eye for detail and advanced technical expertise
  • Proven experience working in the residential sector and ideally commercial
  • Be a supportive team player
  • Prior knowledge working on listed building and heritage projects
  • Passion for incorporating sustainability into design
  • Thorough knowledge of current Building Regulations
  • Proven experience across RIBA stages 3-5
  • Assist with overseeing and managing a small team
  • Ambitious to progress to Senior level and keen to input to company growth
  • Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, relevant authorities, and other professionals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commutable distance to Oxford
