Safety Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Gap Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees, contractors, and clients on our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures across the organization.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor health and safety practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement health and safety strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
- CSCS card (ideally a level 6 black card).
- Prior health and safety experience in either a construction or engineering context.
- A NEBOSH Diploma would be beneficial.
- CDM training would be beneficial.
- SSSTS or SMSTS.
