Rogers McHugh Recruitment is a dynamic and award-winning recruitment company specializing in the construction and facilities management sectors throughout the UK.
With a strong presence in South Manchester and York, we are expanding our footprint and seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester team.
About the Role
This is a challenging position that requires sourcing skilled Trades and Labour Construction professionals for our clients' temporary positions.
While experience in the construction sector is preferred, it is not essential. We are open to candidates with experience in other sectors who have a proven track record of placing candidates in fast-paced industries on a temporary basis.
This is a 360-degree role that involves client meetings, business development, and resourcing suitable candidates. Support from a resourcer is available, but previous experience in a 360-degree role is essential.
The Ideal Candidate
- Must have recruitment experience, preferably in trades and labour;
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills;
- Strong organizational and administrative skills;
- Ability to build relationships and rapport with clients and candidates;
- Hardworking and proactive approach to meeting targets;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
