As a key member of our Systems Engineering team, you will play a critical role in the delivery of major UK programs that hold significant importance to the UK public sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive requirements capture and analysis skills, utilizing Systems Engineering tools such as DOORS, DRM, Rhapsody, SysML, and Cameo.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document system requirements, ensuring alignment with client needs and project objectives.
  • Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles to enhance system design and development.
  • Provide expert guidance on Systems Engineering best practices and methodologies to project teams.
  • Support the development of project proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and Innovate's service offerings.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of Innovate's Systems Engineering capabilities, identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant degree in a STEM field, with a strong mathematical background.
  • Proven experience in the Defence, Intelligence, or Central Government sectors, with a deep understanding of public sector domain and procurement projects.
  • Knowledge of Systems Engineering tools and methodologies, including MBSE.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a project management capacity.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain SC Clearance and UK Eyes Only DV Level security clearance.
