Assistant Project Manager Opportunity

The successful candidate will work closely with our Project Managers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role will involve coordinating project activities, managing stakeholders, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion
  2. Manage stakeholders and communicate project progress
  3. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and up-to-date
  4. Assist Project Managers in delivering projects to the required standards

This is a hybrid role, with a mix of office and home working. The successful candidate will be required to work from our York Central offices or Gateshead Team Valley offices for 3 days a week, with the remaining time spent working from home. There will also be opportunities for site visits, for which expenses will be reimbursed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
