About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled High Voltage Systems Engineer to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of high voltage systems within our clients' industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high voltage systems in accordance with industry standards.
  • Manage engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, including cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ensure all engineering activities adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Conduct regular reviews of engineering processes to identify areas for improvement, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all engineering activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the industrial/manufacturing industry, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of an HND/HNC in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in High Voltage switching operations, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Experience managing complex engineering projects, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the industrial/manufacturing industry, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
