Exciting Opportunity: Sports Coach - Northampton Area

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sports Coach to join our team in the Northampton area. As a Sports Coach, you will have the opportunity to inspire young athletes and help them develop their skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead engaging PE lessons and after-school sports clubs
  • Coach a variety of sports and physical activities for students of all abilities
  • Develop exciting training plans to enhance fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship
  • Inspire students to lead healthy, active lifestyles
  • Work closely with teachers to organise school sports events, competitions, and fun days
Requirements:
  • Relevant Coaching Qualifications (e.g., Level 2 Coaching Qualification or equivalent)
  • First Aid Training (a plus, but training can be provided)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students of all ages
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and a love for working with children
  • The ability to motivate and encourage students, helping them build confidence and resilience
