About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Trading Services Associate in the Credit Portfolio Group. This role will provide support to the trading desk and liaise with business stakeholders to manage risk across multiple products and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate complex global operations functions within a large-scale financial services institution, balancing the needs of key partners in the business, operations, and technology to achieve the right outcomes.
  • Support XVA Trading desk in performing key risk management and oversight controls for executed trades.
  • Build and support an effective control environment, set minimum standards, and develop new processes where required.
  • Engage multiple teams to remediate and close issues and actions.
  • Prepare weekly collation of key business metrics that feed into multiple business control forums.
  • Create traceability of all data and related controls for regulatory reviews.
Requirements
  • Ability to investigate data and identify solutions, control focused.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence in communicating internally at all levels.
  • Independent, proactive, self-motivated, and flexible with a positive attitude.
