About the Role

As a Wellbeing and Lifestyle Assistant at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver a diverse range of activities that cater to the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a daily schedule of activities that promote resident engagement and wellbeing.
  • Organize and coordinate events, such as our annual Summer Fete, to bring residents together and create memorable experiences.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with residents to understand their preferences and tailor activities accordingly.
  • Provide activity reports to the General Manager, highlighting resident engagement and feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of services and activities.
