About the Role

As a Wellbeing and Lifestyle Assistant at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver a diverse range of activities and events that cater to the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a daily schedule of activities that promote resident engagement and wellbeing.
  • Organize and coordinate events throughout the year, such as our Summer Fete, to create a sense of community and excitement.
  • Work closely with residents to understand their preferences and tailor activities to meet their individual needs.
  • Provide regular feedback to the General Manager on resident engagement and activity reports.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of services and a high level of resident satisfaction.
