About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Blue Arrow Catering and Hospitality. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the head chef in the day-to-day running of our busy kitchen.

Our Kitchen:

Our kitchen is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that hosts a range of commercial events, including conferences, meetings, functions, and private dining. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and serving fresh meals to a high standard
  • Ensuring high standards of food hygiene are always achieved
  • Working as part of a team to deliver a great food offer and service

Requirements:

  • A positive and flexible approach to work
  • Experience of working front of house within catering is essential
  • Good team player working closely with catering departments
  • Ideally, you will have experience working as a chef for a variety of different hospitality venues
