Painter/Decorator Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter/Decorator to join our team at QE Facilities. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out painting and decorating works to a high standard.
Main Responsibilities
- Carry out redecoration and maintenance work to a high standard, ensuring a professional finish and attention to detail.
- Interpret and work from instructions, drawings, and specifications without supervision, demonstrating your ability to work independently.
- Actively participate in the operation of QE Facilities helpdesk, completing work dockets and job sheets in a timely manner.
- Carry out paperhanging, plaster patching, dry lining works, and erecting/dismantling modular scaffolding as required.
- Apply new products and materials, ensuring compliance with relevant training and safety protocols.
- Take off quantities of materials for painting projects, ensuring accurate estimates and cost control.

- Full Driving Licence
