About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Manager to join our team at Fresh Horticultural Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for estimating and project managing landscape projects that reflect our commitment to client satisfaction and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and Project Management: Prepare and present estimates for high-end residential and commercial landscaping schemes, and manage profit and loss for individual projects.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and mentor 3 to 4 Landscaping Team Leaders, and champion and ensure compliance to our Code of Conduct, Landscaping Standard Operating Procedures, and Health and Safety Policy.
  • Client Relationships: Build and sustain excellent client relationships, working collaboratively with designers, specialist contractors, and other external parties involved in projects.
  • Supply Chain Management: Source hardscaping materials and plants, working in partnership with suppliers.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Coaching: Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with at least 5 years of experience in managing in-house teams and specialist contractors.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of costing and project managing high-end schemes, with experience working with discerning clients.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with other professionals, including garden designers, architects, and engineers.
