About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment, and supporting the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers, responding to their queries and championing Co-op products and Membership.
  • Work collaboratively with store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, and to deliver a great shopping experience.
  • Maintain a safe and legal store environment, ensuring that shelves are stocked, prices are accurate, and temperatures are controlled.
  • Support the introduction of new products and services, making changes feel natural and sharing experiences with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Contribute to the success of our local community, getting involved in various activities and events.
Requirements
