Empowering Learning is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support children with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Autism in a 1:1 setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide tailored support to students with EAL and autism in a 1:1 setting.
* Assist with classroom activities and ensure the child's integration within the classroom environment.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support learning goals.
* Monitor and record progress, reporting to teachers and SEN coordinators.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support.

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience working with children with EAL and autism is essential.
* A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3) is desirable but not mandatory.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children's development.
* Empathetic, reliable, and proactive with a strong commitment to inclusion and equality.
