We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at a leading independent estate agent. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including handling enquiries, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate and schedule property viewings, valuations, and meetings for the sales team.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and property listings.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and financial record-keeping.
