THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is representing a reputable and growing organization in the Powder Coatings Manufacturing sector.

As a result of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee their current and prospective clientele throughout the North West region.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background as a Sales Executive, Field Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, or similar roles within the Manufacturing industry.

THE ROLE:
• Manage your designated territory by promoting services to new clients
• Generate leads and compile contact information
• Maintain customer records in the database and manage your sales pipeline
• Uphold exceptional standards of customer service
• Exhibit strong communication skills across all levels
• Responsible for nurturing existing relationships and identifying new potential clients through proactive sales efforts, including phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and video conferences
• Establish new accounts and enhance relationships with current clients
• Increase order values and advocate for additional product offerings
• Conduct follow-up calls
• Continuously understand clients' businesses to maximize opportunities
• Work towards key growth objectives to meet personal and organizational targets

THE PERSON:
• Proven experience in a Sales Executive, Field Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, or similar role within Manufacturing
• Previous background in a B2B field sales position focused on acquiring new business
• Valid UK Driver's license - Ability to travel for client meetings across the UK
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Capable of working independently and demonstrating a professional demeanor
• Must be a highly motivated, sales-oriented individual.
