About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Igloo. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and dispatch goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, utilizing our stock control systems
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to negotiate prices and provide quotes
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to inventory management

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is essential

  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in inventory management software
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, clients, and internal teams
