As a Breakfast Chef at Holiday Inn London - Kensington, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth preparation and service of breakfast to our guests. Under the direction of the Head Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Main Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain mise-en-place for the breakfast section, ensuring all necessary ingredients and equipment are available.
- Lead the breakfast production and service team, ensuring consistency and quality of food and presentation.
- Assist the Head Chef with ordering and inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Train and develop junior chefs in the breakfast service, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to discuss menu planning, food preparation, and presentation, ensuring alignment with hotel standards.
- Maintain a high standard of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to health and safety regulations.
