Main ResponsibilitiesKey Accountabilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, relatives, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling, ensuring seamless communication with medical and nursing teams.
- Process patient information, maintain accurate records, and ensure confidentiality and data protection.
- Collaborate with the outpatient's supervisors and other clinical teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Support cash handling and reconciliation processes, utilizing InTouch and CRS systems.
