As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the effective capture and management of supporter data, working closely with the Database Manager to ensure the smooth running of our fundraising database.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take ownership of the fundraising database to ensure the effective capture and management of supporter data.
* Liaise with the CRM provider, IT support team, and other external providers to resolve issues and ensure the smooth running of the database.
* Prepare data for marketing and appeals, segmenting data as requested by the supporter engagement and community and events teams.
* Support the donor care team by responding to their queries, resolving issues, and exploring solutions and improvements to existing processes.

This is an interim role for 6 months, with the potential to be extended.

About the Role:

* Work closely with the Database Manager to learn the system and key processes.
* Develop and implement effective data management strategies to support fundraising efforts.
* Collaborate with the CRM provider and IT support team to resolve technical issues.
* Provide excellent customer service to the donor care team.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in database management and administration.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
