We are currently seeking a Client Account Coordinator to join our FM Global London office. This role is pivotal in supporting the growth of our mid-market business segment within the UK. The position involves providing essential support to Production Underwriters and Account Engineers while also addressing the administrative requirements of the department.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include the precise preparation, composition, coding, and transmission of policy documents, as well as entering coding data into the appropriate systems in line with corporate standards. Administrative responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including:

  • Managing reservations
  • Compiling monthly and quarterly reports
  • Assisting with engineering tasks
  • Conducting financial report searches
  • Preparing management reports
  • Organizing filing systems

Additionally, you will play a role in reviewing the translation and localization of our products, including marketing materials. The ideal candidate will foster constructive and harmonious relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, including operations personnel, brokers, reinsurers, and external service providers.

Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Qualifications

  • A solid background in administration, preferably within the insurance sector.
  • Demonstrated mathematical proficiency and strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), along with typing speed and accuracy.
  • A collaborative team player with exceptional communication and organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks from multiple sources.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
