Are you passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in your community? We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Employment Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking job seekers onto relevant training courses, including customer service, security, hospitality, personal development, and IT literacy
  • Supporting job seekers with CV writing and the job application process
  • Outreach work – promoting Reed in Partnership within the local community

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma

  • Able to demonstrate coaching/mentoring experience and persuasion/influencing skills through previous work or social activities
  • Experience of working in a performance target-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel locally (e.g., to meet customers/employers)
