About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Learning and Engagement to join our team at Diabetes UK. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our learning and development strategies.

As Head of Learning and Engagement, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of organisational development strategies aimed at fostering resilience, driving change, and achieving long-term goals. You will bring thought leadership in learning and development, delivering engaging and impactful L&D initiatives that support coaching, mentoring, and leadership capacity building.

Your key focus will be to drive engagement through delivering initiatives and programs that boost colleague engagement and connection, reinforcing our values and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of organisational development strategies.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading organisational development initiatives.
