Peripatetic Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Home Manager to join our team at Compass Associates.

About the Role:

  • As a Peripatetic Home Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving standards across our portfolio of nursing and residential homes.
  • You will work closely with our Operations Director to develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and services provided to our residents.
  • With a strong focus on compliance and quality, you will ensure that our homes maintain their GOOD rating from the CQC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve standards.
  • Work closely with the Operations Director to improve quality of care and services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain GOOD rating from the CQC.
  • Travel to our care homes located in London, Hampshire, Berkshire, East Sussex, and the Home Counties.

Requirements:

  • Strong clinical background and experience in nursing.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
