Role Overview

Position: Outdoor Space Maintenance Volunteer

Location: Exeter, Devon

Time Commitment: Flexible

As an Outdoor Space Maintenance Volunteer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the outdoor environments of our supported living facilities. Your contributions will ensure that the individuals we assist can enjoy beautiful and well-kept gardens.

We are seeking dedicated volunteers who can assist with various gardening tasks, including:

  • Designing and creating planters
  • Conducting general upkeep of garden areas
  • Watering, planting, weeding, and pruning
  • Maintaining and beautifying flower beds
  • Developing and caring for sensory garden spaces

Essential Skills

To join our team of Outdoor Space Maintenance Volunteers, you should possess the following qualities:

  • Understanding of plant care and gardening techniques
  • Comfortable using various gardening tools and equipment
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Friendly demeanor and approachable attitude

Please note that applicants must be over the age of 18 to qualify for this role.
