About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Gardener Volunteer to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Gardener Volunteer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the outdoor spaces of our homes, enabling the people we support to enjoy a pleasant environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create planters and provide general maintenance of our gardens
  • Water, plant, weed, and prune to keep our outdoor spaces looking their best
  • Maintain flower beds and create/improve/maintain sensory garden spaces
Requirements
  • Knowledgeable about plants and confident using gardening equipment
  • Punctual and reliable, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
