About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Renal Technical Services team as a Renal Equipment Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing a maintenance, repair, and support service for a wide range of renal devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a maintenance, repair, and support service for renal devices, including highly complex, patient-critical equipment.
  • Plan and prioritize work, including dealing with emergencies and performing commissioning and acceptance tests on new equipment.
  • Contribute to the Quality Management System, adhering to policies and procedures, and work autonomously within the post holder's assigned duties.
  • Assist in the development of changes to the RTS quality system and Health and Safety Policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum relevant qualification/knowledge of medical device management/quality.
  • Experience in repair or maintenance of equipment, organizing repair or maintenance, or IT systems experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
