Role Summary...

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for an Office Coordinator within our organization. In this role, you will engage in a variety of essential administrative functions and deliver crucial assistance to teams within the office environment. Your responsibilities will encompass:
  • Executing diverse administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of services.
  • Aiding in the scheduling of appointments and meetings, including taking minutes when necessary.
  • Keeping precise records and managing databases effectively.
  • Overseeing petty cash transactions.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
