We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for running a section, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Section Management
    • Run a section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient service and high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Culinary Expertise
    • Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Be a champion of brand standards with the ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members.
  • Pre-Service Preparation
    • Prepare everything that is needed before service.
  • Cleanliness and Safety
    • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
