About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join our team at CrossReach's Short Breaks service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create a therapeutic environment that promotes growth, development, and independence.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families, providing emotional support and guidance when needed.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in child-focused care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of each child are met.
