The Role

We're looking for a Finance Systems Controller to take charge of transforming and optimizing our finance systems, enabling seamless reporting and data-driven decisions. This is a key role where you'll focus on implementing and managing an ERP system, ensuring smooth financial operations across the board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our ERP accounting system.
  • Ensure seamless management accounting and financial reporting processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in finance systems and processes.
  • Analysing and challenging the numbers through the business, understanding how new systems & processes can impact these.
  • Support budgeting, costing, and performance analysis through advanced systems.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic projects.
  • Play a part in managing and supporting the finance team's development.
About You

You're a tech-savvy, qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with a passion for systems. You enjoy finding innovative ways to improve processes and aren't afraid to lead change. Key skills we're looking for:

  • Experience with ERP system implementation (manufacturing background preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Great communication skills—able to explain financial data clearly to non-finance colleagues.
  • Commercially aware, with an eye for detail and process improvement.
  • Driven by deadlines
