Morgan Hunt Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years and Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Assessor to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality apprenticeships in Early Years and Teaching Assistant roles across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver apprenticeships in Early Years and Teaching Assistant roles, ensuring that learners meet the required standards and achieve their qualifications.
  • Embed Functional Skills in Maths and English, up to Level 2, to support learners in developing their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage a caseload of up to 45 learners, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Ensure that learner documentation is compliant and correctly completed to ensure eligibility for funding.
  • Attend regular meetings with the quality team to discuss learner progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3-5 (or above) qualification in Early Years.
  • An Assessor qualification.
  • Previous experience delivering Early Years apprenticeships at Level (or above).
  • Occupational competency within an Early Years setting.
  • A minimum of a Grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent).
