About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Orwell Housing Association. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a high-quality support service to our service users, ensuring that they receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Lead on the delivery of a strengths-based support service, placing our customers at the centre of all that we do.
  • Culture of Excellence: Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement through robust quality assurance and reflective practice.
  • Housing Management: Deliver a robust housing management service, ensuring maximising of income and good budgetary control.
  • Health and Safety: Lead on the delivery of a safe environment that adheres to all health and safety legislation and embeds safe processes and policies.
  • Partnership Working: Lead on local collaboration within your local area and ensure the widest partnership working to enhance and support our service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team through robust support and coaching, reflective practice, training, and development.

  • Leadership qualification or willingness to gain a qualification.
  • GCSE Maths and English (grades A-C / 9-4 or equivalent).
