Spreetail is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to propel our ecommerce growth strategy forward. As a key member of our Merchants team, you will be responsible for driving sales pipeline growth, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals with executive-level vendor contacts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage your own sales pipeline, prospecting via various channels, leading meetings and negotiations, and closing deals with executive-level vendor contacts.
- Build and promote strong customer relationships by partnering with key stakeholders and understanding their needs and requirements.
- Drive dialogue and negotiations with executive-level vendor contacts to set favorable business conditions for Spreetail.
- Consistently achieve sales goals and be data and revenue-driven.
- 3+ years of business development experience.
- 3+ years of end-to-end sales experience to drive sales across the sales pipeline from research and proposal to creating a purchase order.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by success, and comfortable working in a high-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Able to succeed in a hybrid working model, with remote and office attendance in Leighton Buzzard 2-3 days per week.
