ODIN RECRUITMENT GROUP LIMITED is seeking a proficient Electrical Maintenance Engineer to assist the Engineering Manager across various industrial sites in the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for both reactive and scheduled maintenance, ensuring that operational excellence is consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and addressing reactive maintenance on high-speed industrial equipment.
  • Managing electrical breakdowns and performing necessary repairs.
  • Executing fault diagnosis on electrical systems.
  • Upholding Health & Safety regulations on-site at all times.
  • Collaborating within a skilled engineering team.
  • Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager.
  • Engaging in PLC fault diagnosis, preferably with Siemens systems.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and installations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Time-served Electrical Engineer.
  • Relevant qualifications such as HNC, ONC, HND, or NVQ Level 3.
  • Experience in FMCG engineering environments is preferred.
  • Strong fault-finding skills in electrical systems, including high voltage experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Demonstrated experience in fast-paced industrial settings.
  • Multi-skilled engineering capabilities are advantageous.
